The PWA secure runtime now consumes SECURITY_ROOT for hotspot-only gating, GPS/fifteen-minute checks, IA ACC reminders and the offline-first typed secure message model, while preserving the existing chat front shell.
Messages and actor turns were reordered chronologically, fixed bottom clutter was removed in favor of top context/status tags, text size was increased, and wallet import gained background-safe progress plus wake-lock support on mobile.
The secure chat no longer stops on the old Cx/Vx selector screen, and operator involvement is now surfaced as a pink live marker directly in course cards and active chat entries.
Viewport height, scroll anchors and iOS anti-zoom rules were hardened so wallet and course text fields can open the keyboard without resizing, recentring or displacing the HDMEx mobile shell.
Intro ordering now lands before demo bot chatter, internal local signal envelopes are hidden from the user thread, RDV button clicks preserve the current viewport instead of snapping upward, and GPS / Google Maps typography was realigned with the rest of the chat copy.

The product decision was frozen around a fully local HDMEx AI core, offline-first, no mandatory model pack in V1, and a hard future ceiling of 200 MB if a richer local layer is added later.
