When creating a run, the Cx can attach an anonymous bearer note (new, from the balance, or a token from the vault); it travels in the same hotspot bundle as the data, sealed for the Dx only. On opening, the Dx chooses to validate it on the chain or keep it in the vault, with no time limit.
The 12 words are shown at wallet creation (must be noted before entering the wallet) and can be displayed again with the Chroma password; never stored in clear (sealed with the password, session copy encrypted); old clear-text copies migrate at next unlock. The backup file now carries the sealed phrase and the bearer token vault. After a recovery elsewhere, the new password opens every device and the phrase can be reactivated.
The legacy traceable programmed T/O option was removed from run creation; drafts that used it switch to the bearer note.
Wallet creation, unlock, import and recovery show elapsed / expected seconds with a progress bar; the estimate is the median of the last three durations measured on the device, with a gentle notice when it runs longer.
Removed the static status block so the chat thread fills the screen, with a single contextual IA ACC message per moment.
